Me and Devin were laying in bed but it’s my old room setup from when I had a roomate with two beds and a tv in the room. The prior set up did not have a tv. with goose and suki and I look over to my left while we a cuddling (Devin is to my right) and see and giant chameleon on the wall. I point it out to him and freak out a bit. I try to ignore but but to more monsters of sorts appear I can’t remember what they were. They started attacking something in the corner. Suki is on the bed and goose is playing on the floor. I grab her cause I see her first freak out alittle about where he is and them grab him. At this point Devin is also asking where the kids are. I think everything is semi okay now that we have them but then I see goose on the floor again. I’m confused cause I just grabbed him. I look down at my hand a see the two kids and I start freaking out. By this point other goose is across the room with the monsters. I do a double take and realize the goose I have looks off. I run across the room to grab the right goose and throw the wrong one off the bed. I’m to the point in the dream that I’m about to say let’s get a hotel. In this dream I’m in the dream reality that monsters have been in my room before in a corner attacking something.
Dreams are highly subjective and can vary in meaning based on personal experiences, feelings, and current life situations. However, we can explore some common themes and symbols in your dream to provide potential interpretations.
Old Room Setup: Returning to an old room might symbolize nostalgia or unresolved feelings from that time in your life. It may reflect a longing for comfort or familiarity, especially when paired with a significant person like Devin.
Chameleon: Chameleons are often associated with change, adaptability, and the ability to blend into environments. Seeing one in your dream might indicate that you are facing changes in your life, or it could symbolize someone in your life whose true nature or intentions you feel are hidden.
Monsters: Monsters can represent fears, anxieties, or challenges you are currently facing or that you fear might arise. Their presence could signify something troubling in your waking life, perhaps related to responsibilities or relationships.
Children (Goose and Suki): In dreams, children often symbolize innocence, vulnerability, and aspects of yourself or your life that need protection. The worry you express about their safety suggests that you may be feeling a sense of responsibility or anxiety about something or someone precious in your life.
Confusion and Reassurance: Your sense of confusion, especially regarding grabbing the right "goose," might indicate feelings of doubt or uncertainty in your daily life. This could relate to decisions or situations where you feel you're not grasping the complete picture.
Desire for Escape: The thought of getting a hotel suggests a desire for a break from your current situation or environment, reflecting a need for respite from the pressures or challenges you're facing, especially those associated with family or personal life.
Overall, this dream could be reflecting anxieties about responsibilities and the safety of loved ones, as well as feelings of uncertainty and nostalgia. It may be encouraging you to confront any fears and recognize the changes going on in your life. Consider if there are areas in your life where you feel overwhelmed or in need of clarity and support.
